Years 0–3: (6,000÷30) × 0.3333 × 3 = AED 600
Years 3–4: (6,000÷30) × 0.6667 × 1 = AED 1,333
Total: AED 1,933

If maternity didn't count:

Service: 3 years 10 months
Gratuity: AED 1,889 (AED 44 less)
